1. General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 930klineex platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and its users ("you", "user"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service of this platform, you are agreeing to these Terms.

The key definitions used in these Terms are as follows:

• "Platform" — The 930klineex website and all its associated services.
• "Account" — A registered user's personal gaming account.
• "Balance" — The total amount available in your account (real money and bonuses).
• "Bonus" — An additional amount granted for promotional purposes, usable subject to specific conditions.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

Inactive accounts: an account with no transactions for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. A separate policy applies to the balance of inactive accounts, and the relevant user will be notified by email.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at 930klineex is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Deposits are generally credited to the balance instantly.

• The same minimum limit applies across all available payment methods.
• Payments made in a third party's name are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. In some cases this time may be longer due to identity verification requirements.

• Withdrawals are only possible to the same payment method used for the deposit.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

930klineex offers various bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own conditions, which are clearly stated at the time of the offer.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will add a bonus of ৳2,000, making the total balance ৳3,000. A 10x wagering requirement must be met to withdraw this bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may be used only once per user.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• If a bonus is not used within the specified period after it is received, it will be cancelled.
• 930klineex reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be reviewed and the bonus may be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

930klineex has four VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits increase as you move to higher tiers: up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold and 1.2% at Platinum. Separate terms apply for VIP benefits; please refer to those for full details.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

930klineex is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games available on the platform are operated by recognized software providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi and others).

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a technical error occurs during a game, 930klineex reserves the right to void that round.
• In the case of an incomplete game session, server logs will be treated as the final record.
• If the internet connection is lost during a game, the game can generally be resumed from the point of interruption.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of the relevant balance:

8. Limitation of Liability

930klineex is not liable for:

• Any loss caused by internet connectivity issues or a user's device.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, etc.).
• Any loss resulting from a user's negligence or intentional actions.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, government directives or other circumstances beyond our control.

In any situation, 930klineex's maximum liability for any incident is limited to the total balance present in the user's account at that time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 930klineex platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics and other elements — is the intellectual property of 930klineex or its licensors. The following activities are strictly prohibited for users:

• Copying, distributing or using any content from the platform without permission.
• Attempting to analyze or modify the platform's source code or underlying technology.
• Using 930klineex's brand or trademarks without authorization.

10. Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure by User

Any user may apply to close their account at any time. After the request is made, any eligible balance in the account will be paid out, which will take effect once verification is complete.

10.2 Suspension or Cancellation by 930klineex

930klineex reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Participation in prohibited activities as listed in Section 7.
• Providing false information or failing to cooperate with identity verification.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• Suspicious or unlawful financial activity.
